Rating of tournament: open tournament with rating for ELO FIDE

System of tournament: Swiss system of 7 rounds

Rate of game: 2x 1,5 h + 30s/move, waiting time is 1 h in case of late arrival

Criteria used for ranking and prizes distribution: 1. number of points, 2. median Buchholz, 3. Buchholz, 4. number of wins

Participation charge including starting fee: 91,0 EUR

Participation charge for accompanying people: 45,5 EUR

Golden Bay Cottages – bungalows **** (the playing hall is situated here)

double rooms with one’s own WC and shower, four-star hotel facilities, price including breakfast 41,5 EUR/room and night, if only 1 person occupies the room, 37,5 EUR/room and night is charged

Octopus Resort – bungalows *** (the playing hall in the vicinity)

double rooms with one’s own WC and shower, three-star hotel facilities, price including breakfast 11,5EUR/bed and night

Possibility of spending free time: Thailand is a country, where exotica, quality services and low prices are combined. Ko Lanta is one of the most beautiful Thai islands, its length is abt. 30 km. There will be a Czech guide on the spot. From the offer of the accompanying programme: trips to Bangkok and Phuket, ship trips, diving, snorkeling, an elephant riding, a visit to the crocodiles and snakes farm etc.

Starting fee, accommodation and transport must be paid in advance according to an agreement and an invoice.

Transport: we can arrange transport from Bangkok to the Ko Lanta Island, price of the return plane ticket + bus ticket is abt. 170 EUR altogether.

Prize fund of the whole CZECH TOUR 2011/12 Series is 25 000 CZK (7 000, 5 000, 4 000, 3 000, 2 000, 1 000, 1 000, 1 000, 500, 500), prizes can be obtained in the form of bonus in the next year of series only, criteria used for ranking: the highest total of points gained in individual tournaments (7 best results from all tournaments for individuals played with rating min. 2 x 1,5h + 30s/move are counted), best place in one of included tournaments
